An event is not considered reserved until the applicable booking requirements and retainer payment have been completed through Elite360's authorized booking system.

Elite360 uses a third-party reservation system to manage event bookings, contracts, retainers, balances, and related transactions. Additional terms presented during the booking process may apply to your reservation.

If there is a conflict between general information presented on this website and the terms of an executed event agreement, the executed event agreement will govern the applicable event services.

Elite360 may provide an automated or AI-powered virtual assistant to help visitors obtain information about our services, pricing, booking process, and other common questions.

The virtual assistant is provided for convenience and does not have authority to modify contracts, negotiate pricing, waive retainers, guarantee event availability, issue refunds, or make commitments outside Elite360's approved policies.

By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and expressly consenting to receive text messages from Elite 360 Photo Booth Rentals, you agree that Elite360 may send you SMS/text messages for informational and transactional purposes, including requested booking and availability information, event coordination, service updates, and customer service communications.

This SMS program is informational and transactional only. Elite360 does not send promotional, marketing, advertising, or special-offer text messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Elite360 service.
